"I was delighted with the service I received from Stockbridge Carpets from the time I first went into the shop right up until the carpet was fitted. Rebecca and her father were knowledgeable about their stock and helpful over choice of carpet. They have an excellent selection of carpets and were competitive on price. It was especially convenient being able to park outside the shop and not having to go into Canterbury. There was no delay in them coming to measure and they gave me a quote on the spot. The carpet was available within a week and a charming young man came to fit it. It was no problem for him to move furniture prior to fitting the carpet and he volunteered the name of a carpenter to ease the door once the carpet was down. It was a great pleasure to deal with this small family firm."

How refreshing to find a local retail outlet whose staff are prioritising “Customer Service”. I recently visited Stockbridge carpets in Sturry with a view to purchasing 2 new bedroom carpets. The 2 girls, Hannah and Rebecca, were extremely welcoming and could not have been more helpful in assisting my choice from their vast range of stock. I had a deadline to meet for fitting the carpets and the girls achieved this. The fitters arrived exactly on time and the job completed to my full satisfaction. I have recently returned to the shop to purchase non slip underlay for 2 well used door mats Their product is amazing and really does work!
